TriMark Capital Funding, Inc. (TCF) is a nationwide financial services company, owned and operated by private investors specializing in alternative financing solutions & the acquisition of future assets. TCF opened for business as a real estate note brokerage in 1996 with one part-time employee and only a handful of local clients.
Today our office, our staff and our service offerings have expanded to include the acquisition of more than 20 different types of periodic cash flow, in addition to offering a variety of specialized niche financing, small business loans and lines of credit, and our customer base has grown to encompass individuals and businesses in every state in the nation.
Our customers have remained loyal to us throughout the years because we have always delivered cutting-edge professionalism and innovative, cost-effective financial solutions that are second to none. TCF was built around the idea that “premium customer care is every company's highest calling”; more than a decade later that maxim still guides every decision.
During the early days of TCF we knew that to compete effectively and deliver extraordinary value at competitive prices, we would have to put premier customer care above all else, so that is exactly what we did. Another important key to our success is making sure that our customers always have direct access to upper management. No matter what the issue is, our President & CEO (and former US Marine), Mr. Tracy Colwell, is always available to speak with our customers - both new and established. In fact, you will often find him answering customer calls on a daily basis!
